1. The length, width and height of the package should not exceed 60cm on a side. If a side exceeds 60cm (23.5”), it must be charged according to the volumetric weight. Free repacking service can be used to make sure the correct size of the package is used. Fragile or luxury items are not eligible for repacking.

2. The total length, width and height of the package should not exceed 120cm. If it exceeds 120cm, it must be charged according to the volume. Weight charging (effective from November 1, 2016)

3. If any item in the order exceeds the actual weight limit, the entire order will also be calculated by volumetric weight.

4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (eg: 20% off for designated credit cards, etc.)

5. This offer cannot be used by monthly subscription customers.

6. If there is any dispute, the final decision of Buyippee (Hong Kong) shall prevail.
